Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.

How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
After our business day ends, you may obtain your tracking numbers by Logging Into the website, clicking on Account History. You will have your complete order history recorded under your account information.
We also send you an email with the trucking number.
Please note that you may receive more than one package for your order: Items in your order may be shipped from the different warehouses.

How will my order be shipped?
UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and Freight. So pretty much any carrier.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States only.
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO Addresses and we cannot ship outside of the Continental United States.

What is the delivery time for orders?
Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 10 days depending on your location and what delivery service was used.

How can we pay for our order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express through and with PayPal (www.paypal.com) and Google Checkout. Sorry, no personal checks or business checks are accepted.

How quickly do you respond to email?
We will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours, however incoming email from the weekend may require up to 72 hours to be answered.

What is your return policy?
Your account history will be provided allowing you to submit return information. Most returns are accepted within 30 days, some may differ and are indicated on the product page if different. Any opened movies, music cd's or things of this nature can only be exchanged all other's offer money back return.

ALL items are shipped for FREE and include insurance!!!

When will I receive credit for a return?
In around 15 days from the time the supplier receives the return, may be 30 days total.
Please allow 15 Business (M-F) Days to process your credit from the day the supplier receives products back into inventory.

Are you a certified reseller who is allowed to charge sales tax?
Yes! We hold a Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax with a certificate number of 52-8015021532-4 and effective as of 02/16/09. This means we can sell to anyone anywhere but only have to charge sales tax in Florida since that is where the business is located.

Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO Boxes?
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO Addresses and we cannot ship outside of the Continental United States!

Do you accept phone, email and/or fax orders?
Yes, just call our toll free number, 866-436-6606, and place your order and pay for the order over the phone and get your confirmation number then. You can also fax us your order to 702-441-7142 and credit card information and we will process it and send you the confirmation number.
